the second single, hold my hand, from unkles war stories album was released recently.
as i have said several times, the album is a cracking combination of dark moods, growling rock noise, and the gentle throb of machine beats, and one that definitely improves with age, with this being a personal favourite.
subsequently, i am chuffed to be able to post a previously unavailable remix of the single.
according to my sources, ki:theory has previously remixed such glorious folks as the queens of the stone age, maps, and even sasha.

in the meantime, i’m loving this stripped down version, and in particular, i love the sci-fi start, and the isolation of the phased guitar deeper into the mix, giving the whole track a very different ambience to the original.
from the evidence provided, i would like to suggest that ki:theory will be a name that pops up again on this blog in the future.
