ok, the band aint really called chk chk chk, but !!!, it’s just that the text parser that i use to post to the blog will throw a hissy fit and lose the posting if i add some oh so weird characters into the subject line, so it’s over to the bands official spoken alternative in order to get this through the technology quagmire
anyway, all the boring stuff aside, i was one of those that loved the bands last album with all of its chakk stylings and revival of shouty swearing to a hard-n-heavy funk groove, so the joy @ ireallylovemusic hq was evident when the news arrived that the band are due back to the uk to kick off the next round with the release of their new album, myth takes, out march 5th on warp.
so far, the word out there (hello revised ilm) is that the album title is crap, but the music fantastic.
i can vouch for the first, but so far, have no idea about part 2 of the statement.
as well as the album there is a limited single and tour.
