with all the talk about the return of the laid back balaeric/space disco groove with such folks as studio, aeroplane, and lindstrom & prins thomas, i realised that there was one band who were making this type of stuff years ago.

however, today i was rooting around in the archive when i spotted the various cd singles, and thought it a good time to give them a spin to see if the love persists.
and the result : even more so.
they crossed boundaries from full on manic over produced pop, driveaway, to the ultimate chilled out remixes by such people as youth and even jim cauty of the klf.
so, for a little treat this friday evening, here’s one of the lads more relaxed grooves.
