over the last few days i have been enjoying the freakier aspects of miles davis, thanks to the joys of spotify, but, surely you knew it wasn’t going to be long before i returned back to my main love, electronic music.
when i received a promo email this morning about the new 12" on fine art recordings i was rather chuffed, given that i have loved the various podcasts that the label put out.
i checked out the stream of the new track, and enjoyed.
a few hours later, and i am thrilled to bits as i now have a hard disc folder full of the labels recent releases.

so, what’s the new news that instigated such pleasure ?
well, the label now have a limited pressing of their new 12" available to buy.
the track is called rumshack, by disk, and there is a superb dubbed to the max 40 thieves remix of the track to pull in fans of the warmer aspects of dubstep.
there are streams to check out, but these don’t do justice to to the big fat bass that undulates throughout these excellent slabs of laid back techno-dub.
so just who is this disk you may ask ?
