ok, here’s the details on digitalisms forthcoming indie electro mixtape that’s coming out on kitsune maison in june.
i mean really, check the tracklisting, it’s a veritable feast of usual suspects and hidden gems (human league dub !) making this somewhat essential for anyone wanting to check out the latest cool dancefloor filling noises.
according to the quotes from the band, this mix is for :
“all those who need a boost for the summer as well as those newbies having / during sex on the beach”
while
“forcing all of them to love each other a bit more because that’s what summer and sunshine is all about”.
which sounds rather worryingly like a throwback to the dreary hippy based shit that people used to spout off while checking out the grateful un-dead, or something.
thankfully though, such cringe some quotes don’t detract from the fact that this looks like a corker of a summer pleasing mix, and one that you can actually buy in a shop.
