from the coverart i expected overblown pompous rock music.
instead this lot sound like busted with a teenage crush on elo.
which in theory could be great, but actually isn’t.
the fact that the production/mixing crew behind this are responsible for a chunk of the current us rock-n-pop should indicate as to just how this classically trained york band sound like a soft focus version of fall out boy/blink-182 et al.
not bad, just baffling.
i am certain that they’ll be massive, thus eradicating the memories of shed 7 being the only successful band to come out of york forever.
