while its great to see underground artists getting paid and some exposure, i do find this type of excess somewhat baffling. i suspect it’s a case of covering all the genre options as dance music is such a micro scene driven experience, so to get a track totally out there, the people with the need to get maximum exposure have to get their track dropped into all the right playlists. so there is the dancefloor excess of chris lake, the wonderful spaced out dub funk of emporer machine, the lovely echo dub of kashmere bros, and finally the celebrity clash of bad boy busta rhymes, who according to recent court appearances aint as clean he’d like you to think !
no idea as to how you get the full set, but i’m sure you know more about that side of things than me.
