the return of the lo-fidelity allstars

it feels like something is stirring, and i like it.
in a strange case synchro-grooviness, of last week i received word that the gloriously messy dance-rock collective lo-fidelity allstars are to remix the new single, akai elvis (more detail on this later) by electro-noise makers idc.
then today, news drop in the relevant place of a best-of 2 cd set by the band that collates the bits that people like the most, and a few rarities for the collectors.
of course, the compilation is being brought to your attention via the good people at skint records , and to remind you all just what it was that got the press in an uproar about this lot (along with their chums the fantastic regular fries), there’s a link to the video of monster hit battleflag.
