the rather fine new unkle, war stories, album is out today.
for those of you who opted for the limited edition via the online shop (the very impressive resonance setup) in order to get the extra 4 track disc, you are in for a shock and a surprise.
the surprise is that the disc is brilliant, and not just a rehash set of remixes. 38 minutes of wonderful dance-throb-n-rock excellence.

which i have to say made for an unexpected tread as i love the extended beyond patience type of tracks at the moment.
however, there is a downside.
you try and get the fragger out of the very nice looking box.
you see, as part of the process, they have sealed in the aural goodness into a vacuum sealed bag with all the details printed on it, and it seems that this has effectively sealed the box tighter than a fucking ducks arse.
seriously people – be careful or you’ll end up ruining the packaging.
