like in 2007 with the whole dirty electro scene, back in 94 all manner of well budgeted pop people were getting the all too cool crews to do remixes. and amongst the rush of product to the cheapo bins was this single released on dave stewarts anxious imprint.
i never heard another peep from nan vernon, and the normal version of the track gives a pretty clear indication as to why, however, it’s the remix by the mysterious ambient production team, recycle or die, that really made this one worth hanging onto for all these years.
so, no detail, no story, just an opinion. and in that respect, i reckon that this is a great piece of ambient music.
