having received a bit of airplay on the 6 music marc riley show last week, the pre new are letting us hear via soundcloud, another slice of their forthcoming album, the male eunuch.
as ever, the band sound like no-one else but themselves, albeit via the usual rollcall of reprobates.
the double layered vocals recall gang of four, the guitars lodger era bowie and of course, the fall.
the result is fantastically bonkers with wordplay that bites, but still makes you grin.
