c’mon is there anything better than electro-pop cover versions of t-rex classics ?
nope.
first there was babyfords glorious revisiting of children of the revolution, then a few years back novamute put out this cheese filled 12″.
at the time i played it a few times, sang along to the well known chorus, and wondered just who meloboy really was (answer : justus köhncke), before the 12″ record was then filed away to be forgotten about.
however, in recent times its been all about rediscovering the full 11 minute acid drenched remix by kompakts dj koze that does me good things.
so here it is, for no other reason that its proper techno dance pop fun and makes me smile.
