in case you hadn’t realised, the silent league have a new album coming out on the something in construction label.
the gorgeous and sublime orchestral pop beauty that is of stars and other somebodies.
so to celebrate the bands return to your playlist, as well as our shores in the form of a tour, and to hopefully make you realise that this is the band to soundtrack those loved up quiet moments, here is a special cover version of an old electric light orchestra classic, can’t get it out of my head that was only ever available on a limited 7″ single released right at the start of the bands rise to prominence.
if you don’t melt and just go all gooey when this oozes out of your speakers then you are indeed a cold hearted soul.
