blogs all over the place have been raving about the return of swedish pop icon robyn.
having released a pretty normal r-n-b pop album, robyn is here, way back in 97 (an album that sits in my office drawers and has yet to be played all the way through as its pretty shite really) and now has picked up the whole scuzzy electro groove that hipsters are loving.
kind of annie vs mia with a slight dash of the knife styled twisted-ness groove going on.
so far, her material has been available on import only, and even then not easy to track down, but all that is obviously about to change.
the girl is coming to the uk, performing live on march 2nd at the metro in london, and releasing this fine slice of cheeky-n-bouncey electro march 26th, all in the build up to the release of the supposedly brilliant album.
