oh yes, the madness revival is back in full swing @ ireallylovemusic hq, avoiding the well worn classics, i am actually digging into the archives and checking out some of the best b-sides never to get any real love.
mistakes, stepping into line, ones second thoughtlessness from the early days of the band easily matched the radio tracks in their simple instrumentation, happy-but-sad double edged lyrics and are quite obviously brilliant pop songs.
the fact these are available on easy to find, and bloody cheap compilations its madness, and its madness .. too make these additions to the archive very welcome.
after all, the original 7″ are dusty, scratched to fcuk and hidden up in the attic.
anyway, to add something a little more relevant and up to date to continue the virtual celebrations re the new single sorry (confirmed release dat : 5th march), there is a madness competition for any of you arty types.
