in case you weren’t aware, akira the don goes out on a proper tour, in other words more places than just london and wales, with a band.
hurray. this means after years of communication between the cyberwordsmith and yours truly, i may be able to see just what all the fuss is about myself.
the album is, the way we were, of course, great.
it rocks, it pops and even cries a little, hopefully i will be able to put into words my thoughts prior to its eventual release in november.

in a completely different world, word has reached me that grand mal have got an exclusive track on a new compilation called 50 minutes.
however, this is a little different.
the concept : 50 artists – each artist has 60 seconds.
the line up is as diverse as you’d expect in 2006, and naturally the record label involved have a myspace hangout, but if you hang over to the official site, they are streaming the grand mal track, so thats got to be worth a click.
