no of course not.
instead, its the name for a new festival thats really rather fine by the looks of it.
‘end of the road festival’ is having a go at filling in a slot for the end of the traditional festival season – 15-17th sept, which is rather brave.
set in a special spot of the dorset countryside, this new entry has a fine fine line up with several ireallylovemusic faves, the boy least likely to, absentee, simple kid, el parro del mar to name but a few.
oh, and they seem to be rather chuffed to have got a ryan adams headline slot – lets just hope he turns up and doesnt pull a glasto’05 trick out of his hat again.
unfortunately, archie bronson outfit have pulled out, but i’m sure that if the rumoured indian summer does kick in this wont dampen peoples resolve to make the most of this lineup.
tickets are for the weekend only (£95), but kids under 10 go free.

and as this happens to be in the back garden of ireallylovemusic hq, i may indeed be making a rare public appearance, so if you decide to pop along, drop me a line.
