following a request over on another board here is the return of mark stewart and the mafia to bristol.
the gig was part of the venn festival so the extreme distorted funk of the full mafia band (with adrian sherwood on the mix of course!) followed indie guitars of gravenhurst and the psycho rock freakout of acid mothers temple.
a weird line up.
but damn, mark stewart was on fire. a large large man, with a large large sound.
one of the best gigs of my life.
