not going to lie, these days my life is very small and quiet.
i rarely leave hq for a music event due to costs and logistics.
however, there is a little festival locally that has bit by bit over the years become a thing.
i went last year and had a cracking time.
so, have decided to go again this year.
the line up is incredibly varied, but i am genuinely looking forward to stereo mcs, and kosheen.
the last time i saw the stereo mcs they were supporting u2 as part of their zooropa insanity in roundhay park in leeds with about 80,000 other people, so i suspect that this will be rather different.
also, should i get bored with the main events, then the dj line up is rather impressive to say the least.
whatever happens, it will be rather nice to be outside drinking cider and hearing beats and chaos in a place that’s quite literally just over the hill from hq.
