so, people of a certain age will remember the chart bursting groove of the rather wonderful soup dragons.
well, the main man, sean dickson, since then has hit the dj’ing scene, and now is returning under the ‘hifi sean‘ moniker, hitting the old school electro groove hard.
this latest track, truck, is a collaboration with fred ‘b52s’ schnieder and is absolutely fantastic.
given that this track is a perfect clash of man parrish and electro-era devo, via some edm analogue excess, then i think you will understand as to just how much i cannot wait to hear the end result,
apparently, this is the first album that sean has made without guitars.
