well, could it be that there is a growing demand for some ska’d up grooves as here comes the next generation of fun loving word rolling kids, 16 year old jack light and his pendulum featuring toaster, spyda (who is not 16) with another addictive slice of street-ska.
now, given that i have no idea what teenkids like in 2011, i decided to get a second opinion on this, so, i forwarded details of this onto my own offspring, who beamed with genuine pleasure and gave it a big old facebook ‘like’ thumbs up.
in other words, an unexpected seal of approval.
not sure sure about the video in which jack hangs out in a smoky pub as surely he should be doing his bloody homework, but hey, if he continues to knock out tracks like this, i guess such concerns will prove to be futile.
