it has been a while since i posted a thumping mix of electronic based beats-n-grooves, so when this mixtape by the frogs in socks gang (no i don't get it either) appeared earlier this week the timing was rather fortunate. all the more so, when you hear the presence of one funky bootsy collins at the start of the mix and the sample drop from yello (i have been getting the urge in recent times to dig in the archive for my old yello albums and reacquaint myself with their brand of electro-pop) indicating that the frogs have a deep and varied archive.
