just a glorious slice psych’d up funky rock from a session band i have never heard of until this track popped up on a breaks compilation i picked up years ago and i let the cd play beyond my usual adhd limits.
so, as per my ongoing obsession with david axelrod in which i now listen to the source material a lot more than the tracks that sample the source, the same could be said for this.
i have little desire to hear the tracks that lifted parts of this jam as the original is just too damn fantastic.
