the supernaturals - tune for a day
well to describe this - pop songs with guitars. embellishment required ? ok - excellent pop songs with guitars !, you want more !!! well the guitars are great and the lyrics are funny (referencing many a uk fine detail point), the songs are short - no solos here. the harmonies soar and all in all this is a quality powerpop disc. if this band were us-based i have a feeling that they would be lumped together with jellyfish et al .. which is high compliment. they dont pamper to teen angst, instead these songs celebrate life - and make the listener feel great ! they play with genres with style - even having a dig at the new country scene :-)).
