crap name - classic lost band. first lp is full on shoegazer rock classic, guitars fill all spaces, bass pounds (the tag baggy as well as shoegazer !). by all accounts their live show was superb , but i missed them as i was convinced they were fey indie dirge. wasn't till years later having got this out of desperation (one of those days) that i realised what i had missed .. a serious regret. dig this out the bins and save this release from obscurity .. it needs exposure for the great lp it is - also features little known p j harvey on a couple of tracks ..
second lp was the labels attempt at pushing the band to the fore of indie-rock, top quality producers and recorded at the legendry fort apache studios - the wall of guitars required for shoegazing were gone but the songs are more focussed - once again ignored by all - including me ! highly recommended
must have been the name ...
