stunning example of how guitars and melody can collide under the most extreme of conditions. this is 3 minutes that really blew out the cobwebs. the basslines are pumping and the duelling phased guitars owe a huge debt to my favourite period of sonic youth (goo). if the rest of the forthcoming lp is all of this standard then we are all in for a noisy treat.
