despite stepping back a couple of weeks ago, i still get emails from all sorts of hopeful noise makers, most of which go by unnoticed due to my inherent laziness\/inertia.<\/p>\n
also, i am very aware that i’m a genre hop scotching fickle sod who can go for years and not give two hoots about a particular genre, and then out of the blue, i’ll flip over, and become a certain bands number 1 fan.<\/p>\n
tis the way of the world @ ireallylovemusic<\/u> hq.<\/p>\n
so, imagine my surprise when i get an email from a guitar band who so far appear unsigned but have a soundcloud page with a whole set of tracks that i have listened to more than just about anything else in the last few days.<\/p>\n
the reasons for the love become more clear when you go back and check the original email in which the band lists their influences : <\/p>\n
