quite simply, in recent times i have become somewhat obsessed with this massive sprawling 2 cd set that was released at the end of 2009 by norways label of choice, smalltown supersound<\/u>.<\/p>\n
it’s like the creators of this album, (and no i am not going to try and decipher the psyched out mess of backstory nor the 6th form-esque pseudos), have scoured the ireallylovemusic<\/u> archives, taken notes, and crafted a made to measure album aimed squarely at making me go all gooey with delight.<\/p>\n
while the album is in all fairness a mixture of revised versions of various 12″ remixes that have appeared in different forms elsewhere for those that keep their ear to the blogosphere wire, and a set of new productions, the spread of styles is both a challenge to the weak spirited, and an eye watering case of brilliance for those of us who like dance pop music that has a twisted funny bone.<\/p>\n
