over the last few days i have been enjoying the freakier aspects of miles davis,<\/strong> thanks to the joys of spotify<\/u>, but, surely you knew it wasn’t going to be long before i returned back to my main love, electronic music.<\/p>\n

when i received a promo email this morning about the new 12" on fine art recordings<\/u> i was rather chuffed, given that i have loved<\/a> the various podcasts that the label put out.<\/p>\n

i checked out the stream of the new track, and enjoyed.<\/p>\n

a few hours later, and i am thrilled to bits as i now have a hard disc folder full of the labels recent releases. <\/p>\n

17 tracks to check out. <\/p>\n

oh the joys of a lo-tech blog hidden away in the dusty corners of the web. <\/p>\n

so, what’s the new news that instigated such pleasure ? <\/p>\n

well, the label now have a limited pressing of their new 12" available to buy.<\/p>\n

the track is called rumshack<\/font>, by disk, <\/strong>and there is a superb dubbed to the max 40 thieves<\/strong> remix of the track to pull in fans of the warmer aspects of dubstep.<\/p>\n

there are streams to check out, but these don’t do justice to to the big fat bass that undulates throughout these excellent slabs of laid back techno-dub.<\/p>\n

so just who is this disk<\/strong> you may ask ? <\/p>\n

with releases on rong<\/u>, permanent vacation<\/u> and, their own imprint,smash hit music<\/u> they are important players in the sf nu-disko scene.<\/font><\/p>\n
